To use internal voice mail, you need the KX-TA82492.

Automated attendant is built into the 824, but its capacity can be doubled with the optional KX-TA82491.

 
     
  The built-in DISA and optional KX-TA82491 card provide several functions:
  1. Automated Attendant ("press 1 for sales, press 2 for service").
  2. Fax detection
  3. U-Turn calls (call in on one line, and out on another.

  DETAILED PROGRAMMING INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE COMING SOON,
but here's some quick setup help:		  
     
  ►Program #414 lets you select DISA Auto Attendant messages for specific phone lines.

►DISA programming options start with program # 500.
